Yes, you can have your clothes delivered to your door within 1-2 days after your payment.
The delivery will cost you 20 aed, and is free of charge if you purchase for above 200 aed.
You can also come to the showroom in Umm Suqeim 2 and collect your items.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 days to return it for an exchange only. Please, note that refund is not possible.
You will get a PROMO code to use on our website valid for 3 months.
If you need to return some items, you can either drop them at our showroom in Umm suqeim 2 or use a delivery service of your choice, at your charge.

The clothes come from several sources: some come from mums who have sold us their clothes, others are directly sourced from European brands with whom we have a partnership. These ones are new garments.

You have the possibility to pre-select your items online and come to try them on at our showroom within the next 24 hours following your pre-order. If you want to use this service, please contact us to arrange an appointment

You will not be able to edit your order once you have validated it. However, you can contact us as soon as possible and we will try to find a solution together. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to modify it.

You can choose to pay cash or through Paypal method payment

Cash: you select your items and save your basket online and choose to pick up your clothes at our showroom within the same day (otherwise the clothes will be back online). Or you can also choose to get your items delivered with our delivery service and pay the full amount of your order to our delivering courier company (plus 20 aed of delivery service)
